This project was one of KCs favourites. Rear dwelling extension and first floor room extension.
External walls consisted of double brickwork with feature face brickwork to internal walls. Metal deck roofing with skylights. Amazing roof design structure with stunning 8.5m ceilings to rear living area.
Polished concrete floors and huge outdoor entertaining area. Bedroom consists of large glass panel looking down onto the living area below.
We are very pleased with the final result of this industrial design renovation/extension. This was a challenging but rewarding project, very unique and rare.
