This extension/renovation consisted of existing renovation works and rear first floor and ground floor extension works.
Areas of works included are new open plan living area with new modern kitchen, rear dwelling glazing and sliding stacking doors, new swimming pool and cabana area, en-suite, bathroom, laundry and a first floor additional bedroom complete with a juliet balcony overlooking the Sydney Harbour.
This project involved many structural steel members, timber framing, concrete works, window and door installations, electrical, plumbing, tiling, plastering and painting. High ceiling and skylights allowing light makes a huge difference along with new open plan living.
This was another detailed and difficult project for the team and the outcome was another very happy client.
My wife Nicole and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with KC Constructions. Jason our Builder was amazing and went out of his way to ensure we were looked after. No job was to small, no problem too tough. He and his very capable team made light work of a demanding renovation. We never felt pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy.
