Major renovations/changes have taken place on this Bonnet Bay double story balcony.
Starting with the demolition of existing balustrade, ceilings and upper story floors.
Lower story balcony consisted of new gyprock ceilings, new down-lights, additional timber posts, painting works and glass balustrade. Upper storey works consisted of timber post replacement, painting works, French pattern tiled floor, external wall lights and glass balustrade.
This was a very difficult job to access for our team but we are very pleased with the outcome considering the complexities in completing the job.
