About this Project

Burwood new bathroom ensuite addition consisted of opening a new doorway into roof space area. The existing roof space area was used as the ensuite bathroom.

Works included new floor framing, wall framing, internal wall linings, demolition, tiling, waterproofing and gyprock works.Supply and install of new Velux skylight.

This was a difficult and almost impossible job to complete as we had limited working area, but managed to re design along the way and managed to achieve a high-end finish.

This ensuite also consisted of stainless steel grate drain, frameless glass shower screen, shower rail, vanity and toilet. Complete with new plumbing connections and new Rennai instantaneous gas hot water unit.
