About this Project

This renovation consisted of front dwelling balcony enclosure to make the bedroom larger.

First floor painting, joinery and fitout. Skylight to stairwell complete with custom V board feature wall.

Ground floor consisted of 2 large walls removed with structural beams installed. New tiling and painting to ground floor.

Frameless bifold doors installed, kitchen renovation including large concrete island and splash back and feature curved panelling . Laundry and bathroom feature subway tiling. Carpet to first floor, stairs and bedrooms.

Alfresco tiling and custom V board ceiling panels. New BBQ area complete with electrical upgrade to ground floor.

External dwelling painting and front dwelling tiling works.

This newly renovated property now has a huge open plan entertainers inside and outside living complete with natural lighting.
