This project consisted of a full renovation to the ground floor and first floor of this apartment.
Works included replacing all internal doors along with door hardware, timber pelmets to all windows, white setting walls, demolition works, square set ceiling edges, timber framing and gyprock works.
Additional variations involved replacing all architraves, built a faux wall with TV niche, take out corniches, new skirting, installing pelmets and re-render all internal walls.
