About this Project

This newly built granny flat is located in the suburb of Maroubra. An existing shack on the property was demolished and the development of this 2-bedroom Granny Flat was constructed. Simple timber clad construction with high end finishing touches, complete with sliding stacker doors to the external alfresco area, air-conditioning, high doors and ceilings, wardrobes, marble tiles to bathroom, landscaping, concrete driveway and Euro plank timber floor boards. This is one of our best projects to date and a prime example of a high end self-contained Granny Flat.
