About this Project

This Maroubra double storey dwelling has undergone major renovations conducted by KC Constructions.

Renovation consists of upper storey timber framing, flooring, plasterboard/setting, doors, skirting and architrave installations, demolition and bathroom set up.

Lower storey works consist of demolition, flooring, plasterboard/setting, doors, skirtings and architraves installations, door and window openings, installation of cedar windows and French doors and construction of timber decking to external rear dwelling.
