About this Project

This project was a very large remedial works project. Works included were lower ground new laundry, new store room, new concrete pathways and rear upper floor concrete and tiling works.

Our client had water seepage and moisture issues which were affecting the existing dwelling. KC Constructions engaged structural engineers, geo-tech engineers and building inspectors for a detailed plan and report.

Works on this property included chemical rising damp injections into existing masonry walls, waterproof membranes, geo fabric installations, atlantic cells installation, blockwork, render works, plumbing, electrical and mass manual labour excavation works.

This was a very difficult project which involved extensive attention to detail which we managed to achieve throughout this project. We and our clients are very pleased with the outcome of this project. Our clients have not only had issues fixed but we have added small additions and value to this property.
