About this Project

This project was a renovation and extension.

Renovations to the existing front 5 bedroom dwelling and renovation of the existing bathroom.

Extension included open plan living, kitchen, butler’s pantry, laundry, toilet and large covered alfresco deck area.

Extensive works also to entire external dwelling consisting of painting, new timber linings, new carport, roofing and tiling.

Landscape works included new concrete works, retaining walls, garden beds, new trees and grass. The front half dwelling has remained heritage style finishes with the rear dwelling extension more of a modern contemporary look.
