About this Project

Newtown renovation internal finishes involved enlarging living space area and constructing new stairs to lower level bathroom and new outdoor deck area. Works consisted of demolition, gyprock, electrical, flooring and painting.

A major structural wall was demolished and installation of beam support making a larger living space area. Main feature in this new living area is the new sliding stacking cedar doors overlooking the deck area. This was a challenge to achieve a corner door which opens up eliminating no post support maximizing open area.
New cypress pine solid flooring sanded and polished.

Outdoor deck consisted of new Moodwood decking boards with concealed fixings.

Outdoor works consisted of adding a car space to the rear dwelling. Works consisted of demolition, plumbing, concrete placement, electrical, brickwork and steel works. Car space also complete with new European slim line style motorized garage door with surrounding steel frame for structural support.

This medium size renovation has had a huge impact on this property and added a great deal of value.
