About this Project

This new luxury home has been constructed with a mixture of double brick, brick veneer and timber cladding. It consists of various external finish materials such as acrylic render, standing seam metal cladding, FC cladding and custom-built western red cedar timber panelling. The ground and first floor are constructed with steel framing.

This home construction has been one of our most challenging, but rewarding builds with its architectural design of different roof levels and extensive high ceilings, 9 skylights and many highlight windows. Internally, the doors are much larger than standard size with shaker style joinery throughout. All commercial grade windows and doors with air-con, alarm system and intercom.

This elaborate home has 5 king sized bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, guest powder room and ensuite, private balcony and WIR in the master suite. Huge open plan living, dining, alfresco and kitchen complete with high-end finishes, walk-in butler’s pantry and storage in excess. Both levels feature European oak timber flooring in herringbone pattern and the bathrooms all have stunning feature tiles and upstairs include natural terrazzo tiles.
