About this Project

Renovation consisted of new first floor bathroom and toilet. Ground floor new toilet, laundry, kitchen, butlers and living area.

External new pergola cover with V board ceiling linings complete with lighting, fans and heaters.

Open plan kitchen living area. New engineered timber flooring throughout ground floor area, painting internal and external, new electrical and roof repairs.

New bifold doors and windows to rear dwelling allowing open plan and sunlight.

Pymble project was a major renovation.
