About this Project

Ultimo extension/renovation consisted of existing bathroom renovation and extension.

This was a very tricky job, as access was restricted and being a terrace house it was a boundary to boundary construction which was a challenge in itself.

Bathroom existing renovation consisted of new bathtub, vanity with exposed services and toilet.

Retro and old style was the theme in this construction of internal finishes.

Extension consisted of new bathroom, living/dining area, rear balcony and rear car space.

Steel frame construction was applied for this build with AAC external wall panels used for external cladding. Acrylic render finished external walls with colourbond roof cover.

Sliding stacking cedar timber door used to rear extension and timber louvre windows to side dwelling.

Rear dwelling aluminium balustrade complete with reinforced concrete slab for car space.

Another challenging job completed at a high standard with a very satisfied customer.
